We make quality living our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day. We do this in the rejuvenation phase of life called Stillpoint.

The Flourishing Dynamics of Stillpoint

In Every moment, we have the power to make decisions that impact our health and wellbeing. We hold the keys to Creative Manifestation through intention and action. Right now, there is no better time to embark on a journey of Self-Discovery. The path of Human Awakening is excelerated and mindful purpose is more relevant than ever. of the great benefit to discovering unearthing our "True Selves". Not only for us as individuals, but also in contributing to the "Greater Whole". Our life purpose is waiting to emerge and bring powerful meaning into our lives and those of others.

This adventure calls for trust, courage, and integrity. At times, we may need to delve deep within ourselves in order to resurface as stronger and more brilliant individuals. The way in is found through the internal state of Still point. Specifically, in the body, this is in the Craniosacral System which nourishes and supports the brain's health. It's a quiet respite that allows us to receive nourishment and renewal.

My mission, is that through all the various types of integrative practices, we can share and relate how we can support each other in growth and integration. One way to do this is to Listen to each other, Meld, and Share Information. We can do our best to benefit each other, and also the greater purpose within humanity.

As individuals, families, friends, communities and even larger, let's circle together to find the real essence of peace and balance. The question directed at each of us is: How do we take this osteopathic principle, of the stillpoint, and apply it through life in everything we do?

Imagine a world that felt peaceful and in balance... Let's start here, assembling our resources into the Whole.

What is a Stillpoint?

From a Craniosacral Perspective, a therapist can place hands anywhere on the body, and feel the narrowing and widening effects of how the cerbrospinal fluid flows through the Craniosacral System. One of the most helpful places to feel it is with our hands cradling the bottom of the skull. It feels like a gentle river going in and out with a pause in each direction. Sometimes, when we listen and follow, we can feel the gradual slowing down to what seems to be close to a stop. When this happens, a person might feel like they are in a deeper state of connection. They often feel more balanced and peaceful. A therapist can also help by blending and supplying a barrier, and then releasing. This is tremendously beneficial in helping a person to relax and use their own restoration restorative natural abilities. We are here to help people find themselves through mindful embodiment.
